The Peace We Seek
is Already Within

Most of us spend our lives searching for peace through achievements, relationships, circumstances, and even meditation and spiritual practices. Yet it remains elusive.

Peace is not something to be achieved in the future or attained through techniques. It is already within us, beneath the constant movement of thoughts, emotions, and desires. The invitation is to rediscover what has always been here.

Welcome to this adventure of self-discovery.

Despite years of exploration, he continues to see himself as a sincere seeker and student on this path of inner peace and self-discovery.

His journey and practice of meditation (and life) have been deeply influenced by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, J. Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Osho, and the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita.

Who is Raman Mittal?
Raman is the founder and teacher at Idanim. Over the years, he has explored meditation through silence retreats, mindfulness practices, self-inquiry, and teachings from different spiritual traditions. Despite years of exploration, he continues to see himself as a sincere seeker and student on this path of inner peace and self-discovery. Through Idanim, he continues to support people exploring meditation, awareness, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
Which meditation technique is best for beginners?
There is no single best meditation technique for everyone. Beginners often find practices such as breath awareness meditation, Anapanasati meditation, and Om Chanting meditation easy to start with. The key is not finding the perfect technique, but discovering one that feels natural and resonates with you.
Do you offer meditations in Hindi?
Yes. Idanim offers content in both Hindi and English, including guided meditations, spiritual talks, mindfulness practices, meditation courses, and LIVE sessions. Our goal is to make meditation accessible to as many people as possible in the language they are most comfortable with.
For how long should I meditate each day?
There is no fixed rule. Even 5–10 minutes of daily meditation can be beneficial when practised consistently. Over time, many practitioners naturally choose to sit for longer periods. What matters most is regularity rather than duration.
